I love this look we’re sharing @speedbird451 @mrfeditor. Building a relationship with my couples is easily one of the best bits of my job, but it isn’t about me! What really happens is that between us a genuine and true bond is formed which makes everything about the ceremony better. The space we get to inhabit at the front becomes a friendly and most importantly, safe space. It doesn’t matter how much you love your friends and family – having them all gathered in one place and staring straight at you can be very daunting indeed!
But all the work we put in together during the process means that we get to feel safe in the knowledge that from the minute you walk down the aisle it’s going to be fun, sound like you, properly representative and most of all you’ll be surrounded by love from all corners of the room. I have your back, it’s always a bloody honour to!
Basi and Fede’s ceremony was overwhelmingly special because of the palpable love and support coming from their guests. They got an impromptu standing ovation that’s how loved they are. We had an absolute blast and I’d do it all over again tomorrow if I was allowed! Everyone should be looked at the way Basi and Fede look at each other.

She took a huge amount of time and effort getting to know us and then created a bespoke ceremony that beautifully balanced humour, joy and emotion. The process made us think about each other and our relationship in a very healthy way and it was amazing how many of our guests were both moved by the ceremony and felt they got to know us even better.
